In this workshop we will explore different ways of doing just that and to give ourselves effective opportunities to catch up with ourselves and regain perspective throughout the day. During this experiential workshop you will practice a range of techniques and leave equipped with practical tools to apply Mindfulness in your day to day.


How to get a Better Night's Sleep

This workshop will provide an understanding of what affects the quality of our sleep as well as how we can remedy sleeplessness. You will leave with a range of techniques to help you get a better night's sleep.

The word ayurveda means "the science of self-healing". Ayurveda is an ancient system of traditional medicine that originated in India. It is based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a balance between the mind, body, and spirit. Ayurveda seeks to restore balance in the body through the use of diet, lifestyle changes, and natural therapies including yoga.


In this workshop you will learn the basic principles of ayurveda, how to identify an imbalance in your body and, importantly, how to restore the balance. Learn how to support your wellbeing by tweaking your daily activities and nutrition. This day retreat is for everyone who takes an interest in their wellbeing and in learning what they can do to feel even better in their daily lives.
