These AcroYoga Days are popular & held regularly. If you are interested but can't make these dates, please get in touch to join our mailing list or our Facebook “AcroYoga Surrey” group and we will keep you informed of future events.
Suitable for beginners, the day will include partner yoga and therapeutics, as well as working on strength, core and your acrobatic potential. Don’t be put off by the word acrobatics - all skills and sequences are worked on progressively with safety and joy.
If you enjoy a challenge, have a healthy back and can hold your legs straight up when lying on your back, then come and play. If you don't, get in touch anyway. We can definitely help with strengthening backs and increasing flexibility!

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 7 or more days prior to start of the event will be issued a refund less an administrative fee of £10.
No refunds, no transfers, and no credits for cancellations within 7 days of workshop start date.

Shena Grigor and Tim Ashworth have been teaching together for many years. Tim is the Yin to Shena's Yang. They make a formidable teaching duo and bring lots of fun.
