"It was so lovely to meet you, experience the yoga you teach to children and adults AND try AcroYoga. The latter was an unexpected delight and not something I would have considered at all but you showed me what is possible and I loved it.

The children's class was a lot of fun for the whole family. You have a gentle, relaxed yet fun approach and a compelling way of commanding your lively audience. My boy loved the songs, the chants, moves and games. I loved the way the children were able to interact with each other as well as do their own thing on the mat.

Thank you for rekindling my passion for yoga in the adult's class and reminding me of the foundations for practice through gentle, non judgemental awareness. It was a lovely way to reconnect to a practice that I've missed since becoming a mum."
